The customer service provided was exceptional! Dr. Ralph Bashioum listens to the wishes of his patients. He explained what is possible, set reasonable goals and he surpassed my expectations! His team in the office treated me like a Princess! They were always friendly, and called me by name. I felt important. Sandy is a RockStar!! The CRNA spent time with me before my procedure making sure that all my questions were answered and that she had my full medical history. This helped ease my nerves. The surgery was smooth and Dr. Bashioum checked (on me) the same day to follow my recovery. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I am absolutely delighted with my results!
