Sub-Zero Walk to Work

It was a chilly walk to my office this morning. Although it’s difficult to wear enough clothes to stay warm for the 1.5 mile walk from my house, Lake Minnetonka looks spectacular on these really cold mornings.

My wife, Lindsay, took this photo while we were hiking in the beautiful Austrian Alps with our friends. While Peter and Patricia Kitchak had been there before, it was our first time to enjoy hiking up through the high mountain pastures with them. We had a great time, beginning each morning with a hearty Austrian breakfast at lovely Villa Angela in the charming town of Mayrhofen, before heading out for our daily treks.
