Meyer Lemons

A sunny Southern California day and Meyer lemons are ready to pick in my daughter’s backyard. The fragrant lemons are a cross between a regular lemon and a tangerine. They are delicious, sweet and not too tart. With about 3 feet of snow covering my Minneapolis garden, I anxiously await perhaps an early Spring arrival!
Blizzard of the Decade!

Walking was the only way to get around this weekend in Minneapolis, with upwards of 20 inches of snow expected by tomorrow. The Midwestern snowstorm has been called the “Blizzard of the Decade.” We are taking a walk with our German Shepherd, Cocoa.
