Memorial Day Thanks to All Who Serve

Thank you to all the service men and women who serve our country so 
that we may remain free. Thank you to all Veterans who have served our country well. And today we pay a special tribute to all those Veterans who served and paid the ultimate sacrifice and for the families and friends whose memory of loved ones past is honored.

Easy Tips to Avoid the Flu

Here are some easy tips to follow to help avoid getting or spreading the flu this season:
Get vaccinated against the flu. While flu vaccines aren’t 100% perfect, not getting one provides no protection at all.
Cover your cough and your sneezes, avoid touching your face.
Wash your hands with soap and water before eating.
Sick? Stay home from work or school. If your child is sick, keep them home from daycare or school.
