Yurok Salmon Festival
What an adventure! It was an honor and a privilege to be guests of the Yurok Tribe for this traditional salmon feast, seen in our photo. The Yurok Nation represents the largest Native American tribe in California and the Klamath River, with it’s  surrounding valleys play an important role in daily life. We had the unique opportunity to listen to Yurok Elders recount stories and legends that are passed on from generation to generation. We heartily thank the Yurok Nation for sharing their generous hospitality with our family during their annual Salmon Festival in Klamath, CA.
