Once again Lindsay and I managed to snag a table at the sushi bar at the popular Sushi Yuzu in Toluca Lake. This time we had our first opportunity to try a rather local delicacy, Santa Barbara sea urchin roe, otherwise known as uni. It was a very delicate and fresh tasting treat. The chef often embraces a flair for the unusual, rewarding the adventuresome and happy diners.
