Friday Photo: Fraises de bois
My white alpine strawberries, also called fraises de bois, are in blossom. There is nothing prettier than seeing the tiny flowers extend like a carpet under the apple trees. It is one of my favorite times in the garden, aside from picking the tiny ripe berries and eating them on the spot!
