Espalier Apple Trees in Blossom

My hand-crafted espalier apple trees are in blossom,  framed by a wonderful carpet of  frais de bois or yellow  woodland strawberries.  This is my favorite time of year, besides harvesting the bounty later this Fall and sharing with family and friends.

   How do you do it? I guess your hands should be insured for billions! prune,nip and tuck.

   Any other hidden talents that Dr. Oz would be envious of??
